On December 22nd, 2017, President Trump signed into law the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) of 2017. The biggest tax overhaul since the Tax Reform Act of 1986, the TCJA created more than a hundred tax provisions. People are asking themselves now what? Do you understand how the tax reform will affect you and your business? In an effort to help the community understand the changes and the impact, Ketel Thorstenson, LLP and the First National Bank of Gillette are offering an informational session of explanation.
The speakers will be Kevin Sickels, CPA, Partner, and Todd Hoese, CPA, Partner. The session will steer area businesses and individuals through the wide sweeping changes. The following is scheduled to be covered.

• Lower tax brackets
• Restructuring deductions and credits
• Cutting corporate tax rates
• New 20% deduction for businesses (except C Corp)
It will conclude with a question and answer session.
