Information We Collect
In the ordinary course of providing services as your CPA, we collect non-public and personally identifiable financial information that is provided by you or obtained by us with your authorization.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide to service providers or other third parties we use to support our business or who provide important services to us, to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it, or for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information. If you direct us, we will not disclose personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties. You have the right to opt out of the disclosure.
As your CPA, we are required to keep all information about our engagement confidential so we will not disclose any information about you unless we have your approval or required/permitted by law. This applies even if you are no longer a client.
